    The problem is that even I would be tempted to steal a bike left in the middle of the sidewalk. If someone leaves their property in such a location, I do not think they value it enough to really care if it is lost. However the principle is somewhat the same: Thievery is not justified by any means or reasoning…unless its from a company that has insurance! ;b
